Relieve Stress
1. Stay hydrated - drink water (not coffee, soda or caffeine drinks.
2. Stretch - if you are sitting at a desk all day or don't get a lot of physical activity, lift your arms over your head, one at a time and reach up and pick and apple.
3. Breathe - Oxygen is vital to relieving stress. Breath in deeply and breath all of that air out. Do this at least two times and then breathe normally.
4. Leave it in the past - Live for the future and move foward without dwelling on things that have happened in the the past. What can you do to make today a better day.
5. Smile at least three times a day - even if you don't feel like it. Do it! SMILE!!!
6. Positive thinking - Thinking positively can improve your health and relieve stress.
